At the top of the windshield in front of the rear view mirror is this thing that looks like a decal but has sort of ribbon wiring-looking L shapes. No obvious connection to the car. Fraternity logo? Don't want to scrape it off if it's going to make the car disappear ... or something. Wizardly...

I think there was a heavily made up woman that rode in the Model S I recently bought. There are lighter colored stains on the black interior and seats. I've tried Simple Green and a couple of other chemicals but don't want to damage the vinyl. Suggestions?

No. I think they look like a black hole. There are beautiful wheels out there and should contrast with the black of the tire (I am somewhat qualified as I am a retired designer).
