Today I have managed it. Chinese people helped me. During last 2 weeks I was in contact with china person, who represents seller. He was trying to help me, he contacted to China Tesla support and upload all my documents by himself. After that appeared that it's impossible to transfer China car...

All the ways, I even found web version (from my iMac) where I can put my vin, but result is the same: "Unable to claim ownership". It's terrible, cause previous 'owner' (if he exists) located in 5000km far away :(

if I buy only cars that are selling officially in my country I would use horse all my life...

Nowadays website button, that looks like “Purchased a car from a third party?”, moves me to mobile app. Mobile app doesn’t allow to fill the form cause “unable to claim ownership”. So it’s seems my car forever won’t be really mine. I’m stuck with this key cards

I totally agree, the worst think that nobody say anything about it in public, you can find this out only when car is already bought. Yesterday I received my new car, that I had been waiting for 2 month, today I can't use even radio, it just don't see any station :(
