Ohlins Road & Track Suspension different versions

TES MU01 has a smaller height on the upper rear spring seat, I think with 8mm for being able to lower the car more, its still possible to get down to 20-25 lower than stock with TES MU00 and even more with removing the lock ring on the spring adjuster. In the front there’s room on the length...

Newer Ohlins TES MX00S1 on my 21 MYP, review lite.

Okay good, just dont wanted false info to be spread. The 10mm lower is what you get from the recommended measurements in the instructions. It’s not what is the maximum adjustment range, I know for a fact that the TES MX00S1 will lower the car -35mm, and even more if you get creative. You won’t...

Newer Ohlins TES MX00S1 on my 21 MYP, review lite.

So you mean that you bottomed out all the preload adjustment front and rear and only got 5mm lower? Because it’s supposed to go way lower than that so it’s something wrong if not.

The 10mm lower is just what you will reach from the settings in the mounting instructions, it’s not what it max can go, ohlins never does like that. The adjustment range is about OEM height to -35mm lower. It’s definitely possible to go lower if you are a little creative removing lock rings etc.

Vendor Ohlins - Road & Track DFV Coilover Systems - Spring into May Sale - 10% off all kits!

Don’t worry, if done correctly you haven’t lost any more compression travel than what the R&T kit was designed for. If you extend the shock length the same amount (compensated for the motion ratio) as you have raised the vehicle you get the same compression travel.

You have to reposition the division piston in the rear damper when you remove the external spacers though. Do absolutely not remove them without doing that, and of course the reason they are there, not without getting a spring with more stroke. The Street tuned have a lot of adjustments in...

Highland suspension on 2019 Model 3

It’s not, at least not any big differences. The damper hardware front and rear is exactly the same. Then of course bushings and settings inside the dampers may be different.

Highland suspension on 2019 Model 3

It’s called TES MX00S1 from their new Street Tuned-line. Same DFV technology but not tuned for any track performance. Just better comfort and control for the street.

Highland suspension on 2019 Model 3

Have you looked at the new Ohlins dampers? They are able to run OE height and -35mm lower.

Highland suspension on 2019 Model 3

The new Ohlins street suspension is able to set to OEM ride height and down to -35mm lowering. They’ve been working on this for two years getting the tuning there and also tested in the Highland...
