Thank you @stakker I have been able to open the box for the side handle but still have the seat stuck at the 45° angle or flat. Just wondering if you have any final ditch ideas before I give up?

Well I followed the instructions and was finally able to get the seat to move from the 45° angle and be able to lay flat - wahoo! Unfortunately, the seat doesn't actually lock in the normal position, so I'm not sure how to do that. Any ideas anyone? The last problem is the side handle is still...

Thanks @stakker I'm going to try this on mine. The seat has been stuck for weeks and I'm getting soo annoyed especially as we have a weekend road trip coming up. I hope to God that this works. Any other words of wisdom before I take the challenge on today?
