But also, I had a one week delivery window and was able to proactively call the local delivery center and schedule an appointment in advance of them receiving/inspecting/detailing the car. I bet if you call the local delivery center they’ll schedule you. That’s what happened with me.

For those with a vin and delivery window, I encourage you to call your local service center. After a week of being ghosted in the app and by text, I just called and they said the car arrives Thursday in TX - pick up scheduled for next week! Good luck everyone!!

Many CUs want to expand their membership more broadly, even nationally, and originate as many loans as possible - that’s how they make $ after all. They make it as easy as possible to ‘qualify’ as a member, which in most cases is also free. The CU I financed through USSFCU is 1,500 miles away...

Update to the data viz today. Added the payment type information and a look at how VIN assignment and scheduled deliveries for different order dates are progressing — looks like Tesla is assigning VINs equally across payment types and prioritizing April 23rd orders (I left off the pre 4/23...

But website seems buggy. Color options don't increase price and White interior shows as 'included'.

I was able to publish the tracking data visual. It's not real-time but I plan to refresh as more info is gathered. Need something to do besides constantly refreshing the app!

Visualized some of the data we've gathered. Nothing enlightening that's hasn't already been mentioned and I'm no pro. But if someone is, would be nice to see something around EDD changes and how that relates to geography, order date and color combos.

EDD slipped from May 25 - June 22 to July 1 - August 12. Stealth Gray / Black. TX. Ordered on April 23.
