I started having the dashcam issue in April and I have a 2020MYLR. I scheduled my first appt about the concern and the tech told me they would need to charge me a diagnostic fee since I wasn't using a Tesla USB Drive. I told him it wasn't required per manual and he said the fee would be waived...
