Tested it out on my car and yup, definitely a difference in performance, and yes it seems at the very least, 2024 MYLR AWD 7 Seaters with the 990 3D5 rear motor and "BT48" battery, qualifies for AB.

Update: Got my car back from Tesla service. Talked to one of the service techs and he said he did some research and that there's an "article" from Tesla that stated AB will be offered my newer 2024 MYLR AWD when the car's software (or firmware) gets updated. Right now I'm on software v11.1...

Yup that's what Teslogic told me too.

The Teslogic Pro Performance and Ghost upgrades, increase hp by 150. The Pro Boost only increases hp by 50. The Teslogic Pro Performance 0-60 is 3.7s. Very close numbers to the MYP. Haven’t seen any proof of that yet. I’d be curious to see if anyone that has a stock MYLR with the Teslogic...

Interesting. Have you used the Teslogic Pro Boost upgrade? I’ve seen dyno results from YouTube videos of the AB from Tesla increasing power by 100hp, yet the Teslogic Pro Boost increases power by 50hp, yet the 0-60 times are the same.

Interesting, thank you for that. So Teslogic has told me that my car qualifies for their pro boost upgrade but I asked how they determined my car qualified if Tesla wouldn’t allow me to upgrade to AB due to the battery issue. Teslogic hasn’t responded back to me regarding this question...

I was one of the folks that mentioned the issue with the battery. And not entirely sure the motor design (980 vs 990) has an impact on whether your car qualifies for AB, but the 980 motor gives you a better chance of upgrading to aftermarket performance power upgrades (e.g Ghost or Teslogic)...

If I were to do it all over again, during the inspection, I would have looked at the rear motor to see if it was a 980. If so, you'd have a better chance of the car being eligible for Acceleration Boost.

If you have an MYLR AWD, what’s the power difference between the Teslogic Boost upgrade vs. the Acceleration Boost option from Tesla? Looks like this is a much cheaper option at $595 for the Teslogic option vs paying for AB.

When I talked to Tesla over the phone, that's one of the things they mentioned...that the battery was probably not qualified but from past experience, it eventually will be, but no guarantees. I'm ok with waiting, just would like some indication that the option will be available.

You are correct, I did post on that Reddit thread seeking guidance. The BT48 thing was what Tesla told me over the phone.
