    Nothing yet. I guess this is only day 2. I'm surprised you were able to log into the gateway or TEG portal. Did you do that through your browser?

    My PW3 and system stopped suddenly Sunday afternoon. I didn't get the message about the gateway though. I just contacted them and they gave me the same Tier 2 ticket and 5-10 business day turnaround. Very similar situation though.

    My array stopped producing energy with 0kWh from the panels to my PW3 since yesterday afternoon. From a few other threads I'm seeing it may be related to my inverter overheating. Tesla had no explanation or troubleshooting suggestions. They just opened a ticket and said it may take 5-10 business...

    I also got my PW3 in March. Just woke up and noticed the same thing in the app. Drawing about 1.5kw max from max from panel to PW3 to the home. Was lower this morning. Never got an in-app notification.
