Well. I found the answer, and it's embarrassing. Where the magnet connection is on the charge door, a dead moth was crushed there. When I cleaned that off, the charger door is now working properly. I apologize for wasting you're time for such an easy fix.

I have tried to open the door manually. I haven't tried to pry it with anything, but I have pressed on the opposite side of it and it won't open. Should I try to wedge something in the side and open it manually?

Here are the 2 images. The red circle around port and all errors. Any thoughts? I can only open the port via touching that red circle. And on my dash it's stating my charge port is open always.

So do I need to creat 4 more bogus ones just to be able to attach? Ha

Thank you for your help. I looked at the errors in Service mode. For whatever reason I can't post pics here....with PC or Mobile. So I can't show you what I'm seeing.

Similar, but in red, yes. I'm not sure how to access the hidden service menu.

Well, it doesn't look like my picture will load. But on the inside screen when you're looking at the vehicle screen, there's a red circle around where my charge port is.

Cheating port will only open from the inside screen. And I'm getting the attached pic on the screen. What does the RED circle mean?
