I called the casino and they said it's not online yet. The delay is apparently because of the recent cold snowy weather. I believe they still need to pave the area, which is hard to do when it's 11 below zero like tonight.

This is going to be a real disappointing user experience for all the new owners out there as my screen reboots every 3 minutes and I can only listen to AM/FM radio. I have had mine for a couple years so I know that upgraded firmware comes frequently... it would be nice to know when that's planned.

Mine never works consistently unless I hold it outside my window. Everyone says "not my problem" but it is... If it doesn't scan once you pay max toll for that segment. $37 every time! And they won't refund anything.

Poor form from Tesla. Any auto shop can mount wheels and tires for you. Here in Tesla wasteland (250+ miles from nearest SC) they tell me to use any shop nearby to mount tires and or wheels.

It's kind of sad that Silicon Valley companies still don't get how things are done here in New York State. It's pay to play boys and girls. Unfortunately until they understand we will continue to have no Uber, no Tesla expansion... And no fire department raffles. Thanks Eric Schneiderman...

Is there an official way to report bugs? My car lost both lane markings in the dash and almost drove me off the road. I was in the left lane and there was a single car in the right lane about 30 yards ahead of me on the NYS thruway yesterday. Light rain seemed to cause the AP to lose the lane...

I had the same problem when I hit a pothole and it flattened out a portion of my rear wheel. I'd have your wheels inspected.

Hopefully Tesla just paid the nyseg people who needed to be paid on this one. You can have principles and wait and wait... Or just pay. That said the North country is friendlier than western ny... I think it'll get done much more quickly than buffalo.

I think a different thread noted the importance of having a full or almost full charge to really get the best performance out of the vehicle. It would be good to note those measurements as well as the times for comparison.

I couldn't agree more that we need one. I spoke to a service adviser this week and if my car needs service but still drive able... It's $3 a mile each way to truck it to the nearest SC. Warranty covers non-drive able issues. After the 50k mile warranty is up... Then $3/mile regardless of what...

Having a quick look at the map.. Rochester now appears to take the prize as largest metropolitan area without a Supercharger in the USA. Very proud... Of our regressive government here which makes things as difficult as possible for business. Especially Tesla but in general any new fangled...

I think the only real fix is to get the 4g upgrade. This problem is super annoying... Every time I switch from wifi to 3G I get nothing. Half the time it comes back and the other half reboot is required.

Shoot I picked Philadelphia over Cleveland... That said I can't get to Cleveland till Erie SC comes online or it gets warmer so I guess it's ok.

Queensbury is really good if you're coming from the west and headed to Vermont. The fastest route is through Amsterdam and Saratoga. Nobody goes through Albany... This will save 45 minutes to an hour. It also brings Tesla access to the high peaks and lake placid region. good spot.

Devon service center did their first upgrade 2/8. Not sure how many they've done since then, but rumor has it they had about 20ish to do total last I heard. Awesome... Thank you for the update! It gives me hope... Although not too much since this is the same company that took 35 days to ship...

Tesla must be building a ring of service centers from 4 to 6 hours around Rochester.

thanks for the updates everyone. quick question for those that have scheduled or completed upgrades. do they give flexibility in date selection or is it a decree that they have chosen a date. I'm 6 hours out of the service center that will do the upgrade so need to plan accordingly.

Nice. I stayed there last week in my ICE-mobile. There is a "BEER STORE" at the top of the aerial photograph above. Not that I'm advocating drinking and driving.. but in PA the beer is sold there and this one has a nice coffee shop setup to it with TV and everything. Great location.

Since I live roughly equidistant from 5 service centers I picked Philadelphia/Devon for my upgrade. Looks like I should've picked DC which is about the same distance away. Oh well... Ludicrous mode and icy roads don't really mix. I will continue to wait patiently for both spring and Luda mode.

If it makes you feel better the communist government where I live - New York State - has banned Tesla expansion, Uber and now Fanduel/Draftkings. It really pisses me and a whole lot of other people off.... But they don't care.

The autopilot doesn't work when it's raining if there is no traffic on the road. Must not be able to see the lines on the road. Driving home today I got nothing unless a car was in front of me. Seems like the the range of the radar is about 100 meters... Picks up cars around that range.
