Recently noticed during rain full self drive was not available. Just checking to see if this is how it is set up or an anomoly? Thanks

Hello. Curbed passenger side both wheels last night at 30-40 mph. More than half of both wheels are scratched, possibly bent, and rear tire has a small piece chipped. Was planning on having alignment first with a local Mavis Tire shop and have the tire inspected? Then having the wheels repaired...
