The cup holders do not affect the seating. 3 people can use the rear seat even if the cup holders are used.

I'd have to test that - I never charge to 100% (well I shouldn't say never - probably a couple of times I've done it). I normally charge to 70%.

I imagine there's accident data available on non-autopilot cars in the same class as Tesla (like a Mercedes S or BMW). Why not compare and see which one has a lower accident rate per mile?

The wait for parts seems more like an issue with Tesla's size / maturity as a manufacturer than with being an EV. Perhaps an EV from another company could address your concern.
