How does Tesla keep track of speed limits on the streets of a city ? Will Tesla upgrade their software to display the reduced speed limits now in affect on many streets in Los Angeles? if I rely on the incorrect Tesla speed limit display and get a ticket for speeding ; is Tesla liable?

Maybe they think this will be a high traffic site and higher power; faster charging will allow for installation of fewer chargers; smaller footprint.

I wonder if they are holding off installation until the newer higher power chargers are available.
