I was there around 9:30am today (Friday) and spoke with the electrical contractors who were waiting on... wait for it... wait for it... an inspection - LOL. They were very nice and informative. They said they expect it to be up sometime next week, or at least turned over to Tesla to activate it...- tsmaka

Where to charge while waiting for the Plantation Supercharger to become operational?
There is a Tesla Service Center an exit or so South of I-595 on I-95. You can charge there, though they don't allow drive ups, they'll take your car back and charge for you at 40A. 1949 Tigertail Boulevard Dania Beach, FL 33004
