When I initially went in to get my third brake light replaced, Tesla Service said they wouldn't cover the cost to replace the tint. However, after they damaged my car during the install, they subsequently paid for the tint replacement.
I recently had the new yoke installed (to replace an old peeling yoke). The new yoke is not perfect and has some unevenness. The haptics seem the same to me. The scroll wheels seem to push-in a little bit easier though.
It feels softer, but maybe because it is new. Wormy is still there.
I love the camera button for maneuvering when not in reverse. I wonder if this was also added for the future front bumper camera.
I would argue the opposite. Not having the horn in the center of the yoke/wheel was a terrible design decision and borderline safety issue.
Thanks for checking! Note that I have following distance adjustment for the right/left scroll wheel on my 2021 MYP with FSD. For some reason Tesla has not...
I just submitted a service request for Wednesday. They sent an estimate with the Yoke Steering Wheel Assembly - Mechanical Horn 1965131-00-B part. Is that the new yoke or old?
You must be looking at Tesla.com which has terrible pricing. There are a few in the $50s, but that is likely the market rate for the mileage. I think a Plaid in the low $60s is a great deal and worth it. A new Plaid is $90k+taxes/fees...
Because Tesla does not hold updates for model year changes (most of the time), so we are stuck speculating.
There are great deals on 2021 MS Plaids in the $60s. Some high mileage cars are dipping into the $50s.
This video confirmed my theory back in 2021, when I took delivery of my MYP. Going to try the rubber gasket to see if it will help.

Well, I guess I called it. It took the service center over a month to get the parts. They did the replacement recently and had to put new rear glass on to fix the third brake light. In the process they damaged the exterior and interior of the car and I have to get my rear glass re-tinted. They...
Reboot didn't fix it. Trying a new software update now to see if that fixes it.
It will suck if they have to replace the glass. There is a high chance they will damage something else in the process.
Thank you. Good to know. Was your third brake light out in the same way as mine? Did they...
A huge upgrade IMO:
-Interior - I really like the ventilated seats, MCU3 is fast, rear screen is great for kids,
-Acceleration - Coming from an MXP100DL and MYP, the base MS is a beast. The 3rd fastest Tesla behind the 2 S/X Plaids. Top end power is insane on the base MS.
-Supercharging - the...
Anyone know if we have TACC/AP following distance adjustment on the right scroll wheel yet?
Pointless? The FSD visualization is pointless. Its easier to view the IC so music and a power meter would be better.
Unfortunately, this has been happening (mismatched door trim) to Tesla's for a while now. It amazes me it occurs without anyone in the factory or SC noticing.
I am thinking about buying the n2itive lowering links and lowering the car moderately (Medium will be Low). Do I need the camber arms? Or should I save that money for a new set of tires?
That sucks. I have taken delivery of 2 new Teslas in the last 2 years and both times I was able to open the doors/sit in the car and inspect the interior prior to "accepting" delivery.
Congrats. Can't imagine the power difference between an old 75D and a Plaid. There is a massive power difference between my old MXP100D and MYP with my MS LR.
