    GPS Maps updates?

Thanks! I was figuring it would be something like that. The road modifications were only recently completed, so that make sense.

    GPS Maps updates?

I was driving my 2015 S around Highway 101 near Broadway, in Burlingame, CA today and noticed that the GPS map does not correspond with the new actual upgraded exit/entrance ramps to the highway. Anyone know how often Tesla updates the GPS/maps?

We Aren’t Saving the Earth Like People Think When Buying an EV.

Simply put, the Tesla is a step in the right direction. I have 34 solar panels on my roof and at my job we have over 4000! I charge mostly at work for free and at home only on occasion. I have only used a supercharger twice as most of our travel is in or trusty "old" '04 Toyota AWD Minivan ;-)

Car guy coming from an ICE

I am a car guy too, my first car was a '62 Austin Healey 3000 MKII followed shortly by '64 fuelie Vette, and in later years a '91 MR2 Turbo and finally my very favorite '88 Porsche 911 Carrera coupe, which I have owned for over 23 years. I love the sounds of fine mechanical engineering of all...

What other cars did you consider when shopping for MS

Once I drove a Model S I was hooked, it felt like the future. Next was to "sell" the wife (on buying an "S" that is). It took a couple of years, but finally at a party I overheard her tell a friend that she knew it was inevitable that we would get one at some point, especially after we added 10...

Thoughts while washing my car (aka MS vs RRS)

I own a 2015 S-90 D and a 1988 Porsche Carrera (911) for over twenty years. While the S is much faster, more responsive and luxurious the Porsche is still a blast to drive. After owning the "S" for over a year now I can say that both are comparable in the cornering feel due to their low center...

    90D and a 270 mile leg

Consider if there is an accident or some other obstruction that causes a delay. I wouldn't do it, too risky...

    Model S 75D Range Anxiety

Once you start driving the Tesla, you will never want to drive a rental. In fact once you have your Tesla, you won't want to drive any other car for that matter ;-)

    Model S 75D Range Anxiety

I too went for the 90D. While it "hurt" to pay that much more, I know I will not be sorry when I exceed the "EPA" range which I often do, even here in sunny California. It is highly unlikely you will ever be sorry for going for the extra capacity, but more than likely later you will be sorry...

Streaming songs stopping at 40 seconds left

Mine has been cutting off the last seconds of music also :-(

Main Screen keeps rebooting by itself?

A reboot occurred on my way to work today also, first time after 8.0 was installed though. Puzzling indeed.

Good solutions for lining up the X in a narrow garage door opening

I served in the USCG and we used "range markers" to navigate into a narrow channel. You might try and set up something like this with a mark on your back wall and a stick or hanging object where you would see it touch your windshield when you pull in. Lining both up to be sure you are...
