Demand is greater than supply. All AI focused hardware has waiting buyers.

The A.I. hardware spend is a good move, even if it was part of driving free cash flow into the negative. A.I. is the new gold mine. Companies that don't go heavily into A.I., or fail with it, aren't looking at 2nd place... they're looking at being the next Kodak or Blockbuster. Elon is in the...

If 18s will fit. I did exactly this on my 2013 Model s and was happy with the results. However, I looked into a performance model 3 around 2019 / 2020 and, at least for a time, 18s would not fit due to the brakes.

The long range has more range, tires on smaller wheels that last longer and are less likely to be damaged and likely perform better in weather events. I would pick the performance but not everyone will.

Elon has said, on multiple earnings calls, that Tesla is going to continue buying as many batteries as possible from other suppliers going forward. He wanted to reassure them that more batteries are needed and Tesla's efforts into 4680 production are meant to compliment their supply not replace...

Regardless of how anyone views Elon and Tesla today, the vote is about a contract made in 2018. Elon met all of the obligations for that contract. Anyone voting "No" tells me they are the type of person that would not hold to integrity but instead would be opportunistic regardless of prior...

I saw that and I believe the comment was along the lines of: releasing the new high end model 3 today would be a sign that Tesla is attempting to soften a terrible earnings report. I don't recall who wrote that post. It may be accurate. We will know in a few hours.

To put some context on this: The average tenure I see of IT people is 2 to 5 years before moving on. The teams I manage now, my average is probably just about 4 years. My personal record for longest stay at a company is just shy of 9 years. Tenure at Tesla for people reporting to Elon is...

    1. FSD is not at a point where someone can work while it drives 2. I'd rather work 9 hours per day while enjoying music during my commute than work 11 hours per day. Companies in the USA will laugh at you if you ask them to count your working commute towards your hours.

I find this theory to be plausible. Musk has many enemies in the industries he is disrupting, in politics, and in those that wish to control speech and thought. Would not be surprised to learn of efforts to push TSLA down to cause him to be forced to sell.
