Tesla has never required you to have a AP3 computer to buy FSD. But now that you have paid for FSD you should be able to open a service request to get your AP2.5 computer to AP3 so that you actually have the FSD functionality.

Nope. The new Autopark/Tap-to-Park is in 2024.3.x with FSD v12. But you only see it if you have a vehicle without USS sensors.

At this time only the newer, non-USS, cars have Tap-to-park. They use the scroll wheel to select the spot on the IC.
