Well that really sucks. They moved it over by Woodman's grocery store on the outskirts of Aurora. Nothing around it at all.... That said, Woodman's does have a nice selection of cheese and adult beverages for while you wait... But I will miss the stops at Two Brothers :-(

It has only sat for two days :- ) . Based on Tesla job postings, I don't believe they have anyone in the Midwest that's coordinating the Supercharger build out right now, which is probably part of the problem....

Not a necessity if you live in th QCs, but living in Cedar Rapids and in winter it absolutely is if you are headed to Chicago and have a 60 or 70. With an 85 you have to drive cross country up to Rockford, refill, and then down to Chicago - no 380/80/88 route. Adding Iowa city won't help - too...

Stopped by coralville hy-vee. No construction started (as expected). Did see a stake in the south east corner of parking lot which is the most obvious place to put the charger. Marked the location of a transformer - I assume the to-be location for the tesla transformer. So hopefully...

Since when are direct sales in Iowa illegal? I must not understand what a direct sale is. We bought our MS in December, 2015 while living in Iowa, directly from Tesla. Of course, we picked it up out of state because there is neither a showroom or service center in Iowa. But other than that...
