It's not difficult to imagine a door handle heater, as part of a Winter Option Package, if you live in places like Upstate New York, where ice storms can be pretty common... Then again, why are you trying to drive your car in an ice storm? *shrugs*

This is in line with my expectations. It's very tasteful and I'll have something tangible to look at while I wait. Hopefully it cost under $10 to print and ship these, per person. I want most of my (and ours, collectively) reservation money to fund things like the Model 3 assembly line...

On another site, the question as to whether Model 3 owners already have an EV of some kind, seemed like a great question to add to the site. Are M3 reservation holders first time EV buyers, or do they have some other electrified form of mobility? E-bike, scooter, NEV, Leaf, Volt, Prius, etc...

I got the backlog of mails, and can log in (thanks!), but the configurator won't let me make submissions. No specific errors other than making a record was unsuccessful. :(

The white interior was stark. This one, has wood trim. And I loves me some wood. Just a simple change in materials makes the dash / interior so much more inviting.

I would think there are several factors that might help you decide... 1: Tesla can use your money to bring positive change to the world, while you wait for your vehicle. Tesla will likely need more money to finish the Gigafactory, Tooling and Line Setup for M3, and to complete Alpha Design on...

I love the idea of dropping the leading edge of the nose down and possibly extending it a tad, too. Porsche has been making grill-less cars since they've been around, and without a grill or other branding shape, there is no longer a functional reason to reserve an empty place for where a grill...
