    281 Corridor - Lampasas / Burnet

The Hamilton supercharger, once it's up and running, will allow me to resume the Burnet/Marble Falls route vs. going to Cedar Park supercharger.

    Supercharger - Hamilton, TX

Had lunch at Giovanni's on 1/27 en route to Austin from FW. Chicken marsala was good; a bit different as it came buried in ziti vs. linguini. CEFCO in 2nd photo; no construction yet. Restroom was pretty clean...I've seen far worse. I'm looking forward to this supercharger going online, as it...

I should be going by that location later this week. Probably won't be any activity this early on but if there is, I'll check back in here.

    Supercharger - Hamilton, TX

I for one hope Tesla follows through on placing a Supercharger in Hamilton. I travel the Fort Worth to Austin route via Highway 281 fairly often to avoid the boredom interspersed with crazy drivers along I-35. While I can easily make this trip in my Model Y without any gnashing of teeth form of...

Fort Worth Window Tinting Best For Teslas

I live in Fort Worth, and would like recommendations on window tinting for my Model 3, i.e. a tinting firm that is in Fort Worth, not Dallas, and is experienced with tinting Teslas. Thanks in advance. :)

    281 Corridor - Lampasas / Burnet

I've driven my Model 3 between Fort Worth and Austin via 281/183 several times, stopping at Stonegate to charge. That said, since my destination in Austin was on the far southwest section, near the Waldorf school, that meant wading through Austin traffic. Prior to my Tesla I avoided that by...

    Fort Worth Service Center

Thought I would pass along, since I am the originator of this thread, my recent experience with the Fort Worth Tesla Service Center. In brief, it was seamless, as all of my experiences with Tesla sales, delivery, and service have been to date. I had a state inspection and the "biannual...

Tesla Cybertruck Pickup Truck Factory Will Be In Texas: Morgan Stanley Analyst

    Electrician Recommendations Ft Worth

Welcome to Fort Worth! We used Ronnie Barham with Barham Electric this past summer to replace our 60 year old breaker panel, and run power out to our carport for a Tesla wall connector. He did good work and his rates were very reasonable. Here's his Facebook page: Barham Electric Phone...

My experience with construction trades is similar to yours. And good point regarding supercharger promotion...I had no idea there was going to be one installed in Alvarado, TX. It's not even shown as a potential site on the Tesla supercharger map. And yet, it's going in regardless.

Supercharger - Fort Worth, TX - Clearfork

You're welcome. An affliction I am not immune to, so I understand perfectly. I'm pleased to have Whitmore back online. It's not that far from home, but I don't expect to use it much. However, I have friends who can't charge at home, who live nearby, and will benefit from having this station...

is it possible to align the navigation red triangle car icon better

This is one reason why I leave the voice prompts on while navigating to and in an unfamiliar area. *Coolness* Anybody else pre-conditioning the cabin to stay cool?

You're hitting on all cylinders here...pardon the ICE reference. :) My last car, a Sonata hybrid, had the ability to remote start the car. If you remembered to leave the climate on, and to turn it up to max before leaving the car, it would pull down the cabin mostly on the battery, as it also...

Amarillo to Trinidad, CO supercharger stats - round trip

I made the Trinidad to Amarillo run on Sunday in my LR RWD Model 3. Left Trinidad with 286 miles range indicating; arrived in Amarillo with 68 miles remaining. Three adults plus luggage in the car. I held speed between 68-70 mph. Little headwind and temps were in the 70s to 80s, with mostly...

Supercharger - Fort Worth, TX - Clearfork

Could be the Clearfork gallery was an underperforming location. We walked the entire area this past Friday evening and the whole place was pretty busy, except where the Tesla store was located. Parking garage where chargers are supposed to go is customer parking; no fee required. Top of garage is five levels up; it’s a bit of a drive to get up there. At least the Clearfork complex of shops and restaurants is filling in nicely; considerably more choices than just over a year ago.

    Supercharger - Fort Worth, TX

My thoughts exactly, and your terminology for the transformers is more precise than mine. My...

    Supercharger - Fort Worth, TX

I drove by today; it definitely was a transformer fire. At the back of the lot there are eight transformers on a rack sitting next to the switchgear cabinet. Tesla and quality control.

I started driving cars back when most American makes used carbureted V8 engines, ignition points, and vacuum advance distributors. Automatic chokes weren't always automatic, keeping an engine in tune and a reliable starter on cold mornings took more than a casual effort. As a result, a car's...

Why did you purchase a Model 3 and what were your other options?

I was comparing the Model 3 to my 2014 Sonata Hybrid Limited, which was a great car - except for the fact it still had an ICE. Tesla Model 3 comfort?

Once you enable “Easy Exit” in your driver profile, adjust your seat when the car is in Easy Exit mode. It will ask you to save the new seating position. I now wish there was an Easy Exit mode for the passenger side, also, which might help them get out of the car easier.
