Oh I might do that too! The old sync ev app wasn’t but charged the car every time now with the update it was flaky. It just rebooted mine and Seems to be ok. Might send them an email too if it gets bad again. The new sync ev app is impressive though!

Am just intrigued I think if you look at the tesla charging sites Twitter I think some countries use a QR code bollard to enter a supercharger so I think some sort of ANPR and bollard will stop ICEing. Hopefully it will be diminishing in the long term as more people transition to EVs…

Check the charging history of your sync ev app the three lines button aka hamburger icon on the top left of the app and than opens a menu and select charging history there. Hope this helps! :)

Am still finding a bit weird that my Sync EV charger is on scheduled charge but my Tesla reports charging stopped / interrupted and I have to unplug and reply get the cable from the charger end to get it to charge properly which defeats the purpose of scheduled charging! Any one had experience...

I used PP protect who are based in the Midlands and the coating does work in my eyes as Tesla paint is “soft” (not thin - you can see R S symonds post on YouTube that deals the the paint depth issues- it’s on average with any car make really) according to them but PPF on lower sills and boot lip...

I can’t do the start time but I know the end time you can by setting scheduled start (for the car the set off at 04:30am thus ending charging) if you’re using 3 pin life then use a timer, otherwise get a dedicated type 2 plug EV charger.
