Seems like more trouble than it’s worth for Tesla.. doubt whether or not someone can transfer free super charging is a make or break deal on buying the truck for many people. I know Tesla demand is crashing and burning but I hope they never reach the point of this level of desperation

That’s funny I did the same thing.. I currently own an r1t and keep telling myself I should just buy another since I know it’s all around a superior vehicle to the cyber truck but the cyber truck is just too cool.. I’ll stick with one of each 😅

I considered this but the vehicle is awkward to drive and what happens when the first renter totals it? Your out the rental income and have to wait in line all over again? Doesn’t seem worth it.. my wife was appalled when I presented the idea haha

I almost missed it and was ordering the Beast then last second went back to check if it said anything about timing and upon checking saw beast was estimated much later in the year so I switched.. it wasn’t as noticeable as one would think

the email didn’t say timing only the app did when you were on the screen to select either dual motor or beast

If it’s anything like normal Tesla antics they will push the north east vehicles out over the next 3 weeks or so then start delivering close to the factory again at the end of March

lol well when thought about over the stretch of time you would own the vehicle for plus the add ons your getting.. not to mention after a year I’m sure it’ll still be worth more than you paid and resale clause will have expired

No chance since the cybertruck can charge other vehicles and also run as a power backup for your home.. people would abuse this with free super charging

Spoke with the rep in kop mall and he said the cybertruck on display there will be delivered to an owner eventually.. there are no dealer vehicles

Has anyone spoken to a delivery advisor as to why the dual motor does not come with the off road light bar? And is it possible to get it added for delivery?

A barely optioned max pack r1t is now over 100k.. no chance any cyber trucks are under 80.. even the dual motor.. and the quad motor will be over 100

This sounds like better than normal service now a days.. base model teslas flooding the centers is why service is such *sugar* now.. back in the day it was great

You guys are mad about the wrong things.. the fact that’s service has not been expanded to keep up with the 3s and Ys is the real issue Tesla has.. or at least make the 3s and Ys service centers separate from the S and X

I’ve had my X for 6 years and have done a ton of super charging, always charged to 90, have charged to 100 a bunch for longer trips, and have had the battery down to 0 countless times. Not to mention over half my almost 100k miles have been while pulling an extremely large and heavy trailer...
