Jeff, did you get to the bottom of your noise as my car is also doing it. Just booked it into the service centre but thought it worth asking in case it's normal (not that any of my previous Model S's made this noise)

Nope, my P90DL facelift May 2016 build is a v1. I wasn't very happy but now have a P100D on order so cheered up a bit.

I'm in the UK, ordered and confirmed on the 25th August, my delivery estimate is December early January. Still waiting for a VIN.

Anyone had any information on how long the wait will be for current P90DL owners to receive the P100D battery upgrade once placing an order? Will it be like the P85D wait for there $5k ludicrous upgrade i.e. a very long time?

Much faster now on my Nexus 6P but it's killing the battery, fixed one issue and created another.

About the same as my refresh P90DL which doesn't have the latest battery, very little difference in power between max battery on and max battery off. Eclipxe, could you please post your battery part number if you get a chance. Thanks

Quick answer to all your questions, know one outside Tesla knows, only speculation at this point.

Alex, can I ask who told you the power increase is coming for all P90DL's? Was it your service centre? As mine didn't have a clue when I asked, they didn't even know that newer cars had increased power.

I did call / email but got the response I was expecting i.e. nothing they can do. I'll wait for the P100D / Autopilot 2 to be announced and then place a new order, hopefully won't miss a big update by a week this time!

Is that true? Thought it was software only on later P90D's as all the hardware was already included?

P90DL face lift, early May 2016 build, rated 90% is 231, 100% is 258. From what I've been reading in this thread that is really low. Any thoughts? These figures are nearly exactly what I had on my previous P90D September 2015 build, I thought the face lift cars had higher displayed 'rated' miles?

P90D Face lift. VIN 1388## built early May 2016. Battery part number 1056776-00-E, the 'Ludicrous' upgrade was added by the service centre before delivery (not at the factory) hence the battery part number being from a non ludicrous car, not sure there are any differences in the batteries...

First time poster but long term Model S owner, just taken delivery of a model S P90DL refresh, built early May 2016. 451Kw logged in Power tools at 85% SOC Max battery had 5 minutes left to ready (ran out of time, will charge to 100% and max bat tomorrow). Battery part number is 1056776-00-E...
