I charged here yesterday. Busy spot which was great to see. Best output I got during my charge was 70kw.

This supercharger is now showing up on the supercharger map on the Tesla site and, even more interesting, the marker for the future Burnaby charger still remains. The Surrey charger might just be a bonus charger for the lower mainland!

Everywhere! I note they did the Fairmont in Whistler and wonder if they are looking to do the same in downtown Vancouver as they already park their demo cars in the Fairmont's parkade for the Hotel Van. I might have to wander and take a look sometime soon.

Are you kidding me? The food on the boats is the WORST! We pack picnic lunches and, whenever possible, stay in the car. If we can't we take our food up with us. BC Ferries food is downright disgusting.

Completely disagree. It is part of the highway system with a lot of traffic flow. Many will want to charge either on their way to or from the ferry.

I have had all-season, all-weather and winter tires. Hands down, all-weather are better than all-season but there is still no touching winter tires when it comes to ice and snow.

Having used these chargers in July (and having spent a fair amount of money in this mall while doing so) I also sent them a note. If they don't enforce their own rules as stated on their website in relation to these chargers, I hope that Tesla will intervene.

You shouldn't have to carry a passport and cross an international border just to cross your own country. Not everyone wants to travel through the States.

Not true. In western Canada alone we have already added Merritt and Calgary. Nanaimo is close to completion. Others may also be started but not spotted yet (similar to how Nanaimo flew under the radar for so long).

My fingers are crossed on this one! We have friends in Regina that I would love to drive out and visit for a summer trip but, with the present charging situation, I don't relish extended stops in small towns with two young children. And I prefer driving the trip over flying. Here is to hoping!
