I just went through this and had a lot of reservations. 2014 S85 and traded in for a P3D at $60K. After 1 day, I now wonder why the model S had all those unneeded stalks, controls and screens. If there really is a inside size difference, I don't notice it. Love the car.

Just downloaded and installed a new Android application that seems to work great with MS. I have no affiliation with the author of the program but I can tell you it seems to have all the core features in the Tesla Android application plus many other. AND IT CONNECTS FAST. Well worth the $6.99...

Just leave your car as usual, take your key and have your passenger touch anywhere on the touch screen. The a/c will stay on once they do this.
