Sorry but how do you know this for a fact? In my post I indicated the need to close/reduce the cabin air outlets as a requirement for bioweapon defense mode to work.

So this would imply bioweapon mode has to close the air outlets, not just crank up the fan speed... meaning simply installing a HEPA filter will not get me the equivalent of bioweapon defense mode unless I pay tesla $500

The chargers in the Hollywood & Highland underground structure appear to be free, so if you are parking there anyway (and maybe get your parking validated), those seems to be a good option
