    Slacker not working this morning

The problem in my case was somehow my account got converted to "basic" level and slacker on tesla requires a plus or higher account level. So they had to change the level. I was very unhappy with the amount of time it took to get hold of customer service (online and via phone) to fix the issue...

Any issues with regular car wash and fixed spoiler?

I have been doing hand washing but am interested in checking out a regular car wash as well. My model X is now 2 years old and time to take the risk I guess :) I am going for my 2nd annual service this weekend. Will check how they wash the car and ask them again (in the past they had...

I have been problems with slacker sonce this morning. Asks me to login or use tesla account but fails to connect with tesla account... says invalid account (attached picture). Apparently there was a similar issue in April 2018 but at that time, forums said it was related to domain renewal on...

What is the Wh/mile number to achieve Rated Range on an X?

The other issue is, in Texas, most highways have a speed limit of 75. So going at 65 when others are doing 75-80.... not fun!

What is the Wh/mile number to achieve Rated Range on an X?

@ hiroshiy: Thanks. Yes, my trips have been short and so you guessed correctly that I am measuring the Wh/m for very short trips. I intend to take a longer trip this weekend and get an idea. The wh/m, rated range, projected range, etc concepts will take some time getting used to...

    X: What's your 90%?

I agree. I am getting about 160 miles for the default charge (whatever it is set to, 85 or 90%) and I am attaining something like 390-400 Wh/m. I am extrapolating it to about 180 miles for full charge (100% battery). The range they give on the dashboard may be quite misleading (by 60-70 miles)...

What is the Wh/mile number to achieve Rated Range on an X?

I was told by a Tesla rep that it is about 300 Wh/m but he may just be guesstimating off the top of his head. In any case (300 or 324 or 327), I think it is would extremely difficult to attain that low a number. I have had my Model X 90D for about 10 days now and initially, I was getting more...

    X: What's your 90%?

234 miles for me (Model X 90D). What is the reason that the default charge is set only to 90% (as against 100%)?

    Model X October Deliveries

Okay, I placed the order for my Model X 90D (6-seat configuration) in mid June and was given a late august / early September delivery estimate but actually received my Model X on Oct 8 (so a little less than 4 months from order placement to receiving the vehicle). So it does a while...

    Model X August Deliveries

Hi, New to the forum. I placed my order for Model X 90D on 6/19/2016 (6 seat configuration). My estimated delivery is for late August to early September. I got an update from my delivery contact that it has entered production process on Aug 16, 2016. Does anyone know the time frame for actual...
