I just called and talked to a Service Rep at Tesla on Tyco Rd here in Virginia. Basically, he said the same thing that's been repeated on this thread... Still no Model X Service Plan available.

I was just having this exact same issue in my Model X 75D, v7.1 (2.36.31) and the "Long" reboot resolved the issue. Thank you for sharing your solution!

My wife and I took delivery of our X on Sept. 17. It is awesome! No complaints whasoever about our X. Our swag bag came with an umbrella and a coffee cup. It's my new favorite coffee cup!

I'm still waiting for 8.0 here in Northern Virginia. I did get the 7.1 update.
