Thanks, I love driving my Teslas :) and have a ton of appreciation for the company! I also own a Lucid Air but its extremely buggy, so it will be going away. For me, its like using an iPhone for several years and you try to use an Android for a bit.

Typically they don't refund the $500 deposit and any transportation fees, but in this case Tesla made a rare exception given the condition of the vehicle and I got the full amount back

I ordered this car, but ultimately rejected delivery. There were just a ton of cosmetic issues, rock chips, panel gaps, corrosion on falcon doors and scratches all over.

Thanks for the feedback. I need 6 seats for my family and we don't qualify for the tax credit. Adding 6 seats to the base LR, brings it to 86500 and a Plaid is 94500 so decided to go with the Plaid instead

RN1143.. here Red/White, Seattle. My EDD has moved about 10 times. No changes in configuration since order. I’m guessing it’s due to the fact that my trade in is valued more than the price of the S, so essentially they owe me money after the sale. Also have a Lucid on order, let’s see who wins.

Um yeah; when there is a 1000 page thread of people waiting to buy a 100k+ car, I’d say the strategy works.

That’s similar to what I heard from the SA. Had him make a note on the account since the 2k is not reflected in the order agreement. Also have it in writing now from the text message exchange

RN11439XXX, Red, White, 19 wheels, ordered in February. Date pushed to Nov 10-30. Was promised a 2K credit for placing my order prior to the refresh. I think that's lost in conversation now.

I also have an S on order that I placed in Feb 2020. Price has gone up 10K since then, not including the 2K reduction for those who ordered before the refresh was announced. Talked to SA yesterday and he mentioned price would be honored as long as I don't change the design/options.

My SA yesterday - we are anticipating mid April for deliveries to start. I reserved in January before the refresh announcement. He said I’ll be prioritized in the waitlist since I made the reservation pre announcement and also get a 2k reduction

This is less than ideal especially since the recommendation from Tesla is to charge to 80-90%. That being said, I don’t see such a significant drop off on the Raven S. Maybe it’s due to the larger battery

Thanks everyone for the responses. These are really helpful With the phone key it was the low power mode on my iPhone killing the connection. Turning that off has made it better. It still couldn’t detect once but much better than before. There certainly seems to be a problem with the sensors...

We just got a Model 3 stealth performance, mainly for short errands around town. We also have a model S performance with adaptive suspension. The 3 is so much more fun to drive and the steering is really lively. However SOC has such a huge impact on 0-60 times in the 3. Had a few questions for...

Navigation is standard on all Teslas. Its also the default view in the screen. Close all the menus and settings and you should see the map. If you have premium connectivity you also get live traffic on the map.

The "T" was removed with the recent update. The vehicle details are now under Controls -> Software

The 21"s will not fit, but do let me know when your car arrives.

You say 55K OBO and then "price is pretty firm". Which one is it ? I like it, for just $10 less I can get a brand new one with longer range, full performance features (wheels, spoiler, suspension etc. )

On my 3rd post facelift S. I’m surprised how they still haven’t figured out the panel gaps. I have had the same 1/4 gap in the hood for the past 2 cars. They tried to fix it on one of the cars but actually made it worse. For the new one I’m not risking it.

Demo Performance acquired recently. Only issues I noticed are the DRLs were fading and the rear cupholder was stuck. Don't mind at all for the discount. Fixes already underway - Bellevue SC has been great so far.
