i recently noticed that the steering wheel is stiffer when turning left compared to when turning to the right. Anyone else experienced the same? Did an alignment at Tesla and everything checked out.

I noticed recently that the steering wheel on my P90D requires more resistance to turn left compares to turning to the right. The delta isn't significant so the service center felt its normal. But since i drive the car everyday, I definitely noticed the difference. It's not an alignment issue...

On the steering column issue I was wondering about the same thing coz I had a 2013 MS and I recall it felt more stable. But that car had coil suspension.

The SC did alignments a few times but that didn't really fixed the issue. I'm going to bring it into a different SC next week and will report back then to see how things go.

I experience the same with my P90DL and various loaners. The only loaner that's relatively stable at high speed was a P85DL presumably with the "old" + suspension setup.

I'm running on TST 20 staggered setup with 245/40/20 on the front and 275/40/20 on the rear. The tires are Continental ExtremeContact. Love the look and the handling. Especially on cornering. Huge improvement over the stock 19 squared setup on my P90DL.

I'm going to have my tires rebalanced today just to make sure that's not the root cause but I doubt it will solve the issue. I only have 1500 miles on those.

I'm also experiencing a very subtle vibration on the steering wheel at any speed (even at 2-5mph) on my P90D. The vibration is about 20% of the force as you would experience though lane departure warning. Is this normal?

I tried pulling and only part of it came off. The remainder got stuck between the armrest and the opening between the armrest and the console is way too thin for any screwdriver to reach it....o_O

Has anyone tried this with success? I need to remove the sliding armrests in order to take off the plastic protective film.

I just took delivery of my MS P90DL and was playing around with SAS noticing that at every setting, the wheel gap is bigger on the rear than on the front. Is this normal or it's something I should contact Tesla for. Thanks.
