    Supercharger - Montgomery, AL

Yeah state FB group is easiest way to engage.. FWIW I'm a Huntsville resident but I spent tons of time in Montgomery for work so I'm actually more concerned about charging here than I am at home. Disappointed to hear work is stalled, though the location makes it unlikely I'll use it much anyway...

    Supercharger - Montgomery, AL

Hahahaha... no arguments about that Macon site. I haven't traveled that way in a couple years so I had not realized that. Not only was it creepy, but after hours there wasn't even a viable bathroom that I could find. Again, something in Montgomery is way better than nothing, but for the same...

    Supercharger - Montgomery, AL

It's probably still an extra 20 for you. I'm not personally concerned about it, because I've been fortunate enough to construct a less time-intensive lifestyle, but the fact remains... an identical station downtown or in Prattville would add much more total value.

    Supercharger - Montgomery, AL

Location is godawful for I-65 thru travel, which is arguably in more need of infill than the 85/65 route that already passes Auburn and Greenville. Supercharger - Birmingham, AL

Are any of our Birmingham local friends in a position to make regular checks on the site? I make a round trip to Montgomery monthly and could swing through then... can't wait to see it open. Getting to the Gump is easy, but finding enough charge to get home after 2 days, while working, without...

    Supercharger - Birmingham, AL

The check-ins all say 20-22mi/hr so I'm assuming it's a 30-amp, probably 240V (7.2kW). I'm seriously stoked that B'ham is finally in the works. Even with a 100% charge on my P85, Greenville is a stretch. Last time we drove south, my outdoor EVSE had overheated and we had to leave with about 85%...
