So after 2 weeks and 1000 miles with no self resolution I took my car to the service center for a routine service and to have this issue resolved. The ended up replacing the left marker light camera. Everything is back to normal now.

I also got this error after the update finished this morning in our late 2016 S75. Went for a 60mile drive and it didn’t clear up. Looks like it not only disables display of surrounding vehicles, but it also disables lane changes while on autopilot.
