My 2014 MS has now lost 20+ miles last 4 weeks and unfortunately still going strong with similar decline as others as shown in my Teslafi account. Can't charge over 200 miles anymore since the software update. All reported to Tesla. Something positive has to happen soon.

Dear all, got the VisibleTesla app running on my Windows 7 computer and everything seems to work just fine except for the trips. No trips are showing up? Any ideas on what could be the casue? (because I am in the UK? Any particular setting?). Appreciate your help and feedback. Simon
