Same problem here. I took delivery of my Model 3 in late December.

I just got that 2018.4.6 OTA update today. Rear view camera has better images. On screen user manual implemented. Sadly, no WiFi or browser yet. There’s a new list under “Security” of phones and card keys linked to your M3. You can delete any of the associated phones or NFC cards.

I am looking for a recommendation on a high-quality dash cam. I’d like one with two cameras, one front facing and one rear facing. I am more interested in quality than cost, although an attractive one would be nice. Lots of features!
