Any news on when this will come to Canada?

There used to be quick disconnect plugs on the cables going to the rear seat warmers on my old model S. Now when I flip the 2 latches to remove the rear bench on the latest model S I can't find the plugs to take the bench out of the car. Anyone else have this problem?

I was told by the service center that Canadians do not get the sentry live mode. Any one know why?

Does anyone have sentry talkback function on the new LR/Plaid working? I know it works on model 3 but not sure it works on the new model S where you can activate the outside speaker from your phone.
