Did you ever get your Powerwalls installed? I'm still waiting.

Did you ever get a real answer as to why the SureStart is not compatible? I'm getting the same story from Tesla. I think the SureStart technology may not be compatible with 2 speed compressors (which I have).I have a 7 Kw solar system and am adding 2 Powerwall 2's.

Last week I received emails from APS stating that the Installer and Customer applications have been approved. Finally some action. Hopefully the actual installation of my 2 Powerwalls will be scheduled soon.

Question: I have an existing 7 kW solar system and want to add 2 Powerwall 2 battery backups. Can I apply the 30% Investment Tax Credit to my income tax? It seems like if the Powerwalls are installed at the same time as the solar system, the Investment Tax Credit does apply.
