Same here with my Model X 2017 just after Hw 3 upgrade.

Just did my FSD upgrade and it took two and one half hours.

I scheduled a mobile service call for brakes and was informed a technician would look at it and for the diagnosis there would be a charge unless all work was covered by Warranty. At the end of the call the Service guy didn’t charge me anything to look at the brakes and pronounce them okay.

I was told by Customer Service that the engineers have designed a fix and it will be out in May. Mine will be my second screen.

I had to repair a passenger side front fender about six months ago and the wait here in Albuquerque was 5 weeks from the accident to return of the X. The body shop attributed about 4 weeks to getting the parts. The cost can't be compared as I am sure your repair was different than mine.

The issue has now been fixed by replacing the assembly. It took several weeks for the part to arrive and be installed. All is well now though.

Did they replace the assembly and did it fix the issue? They diagnosed the same thing in my case, but even after I "escalated" the issue I have had a slow, less than specific response from customer service.

Has anyone had this issue resolved yet? I have recently developed this on a June 2017 Model X. I am not getting much help from the roving service so I have escalated the issue and in spite of hearing all involved are working on it I have had no results or even discussion about how it will be fixed.

Yes, right about that time my X100D couldn’t read/hear my telephone commands like it had since I picked up the car in Phoenix in late June. Before Octoberish it would call even hard names easily now not so much.

I noticed on the Supercharger map that Deming NM is under construction and Wilcox Arizona is being permitted. That will make Tucson a lot easier from Albuquerque for me. We’ll see.

My AP2 reads signs as the display changes...what it does with the information it reads isn't clear to me yet.

Autopilot seemed much smother when changing lanes on I-25 at 75 mph. I still find it searches and moves slightly to the right when passing an off ramp that I am not taking. Perhaps a little less than before the update, but I can sense it.

I had exactly the same problem and after talking to Technical Customer Service I did the same thing as you and it corrected the problem too.
