There are quite a few locations being installed like this in the US. I think it makes it easier for non-Teslas to charge and also reduces the likelihood of damage from getting backed into.

This is completely normal charging behavior. The fastest charging occurs at lower states of charge.

Is 50% or less enough range to get you where you need to go in the event of an emergency or unexpected event? I typically leave our cars set to 80% and plug them in when I’m down to 50-60%.

Considering how large this forum and how many people are willing to help others, you probably could have found someone local on here who could have charged the car for you. Probably too late for that now, but worth mentioning for future reference.

No friends, family or coworkers in Chicago who can pay a visit to your car? Are you running any third party monitoring services like TeslaFi, Tezlab, Optiwatt, etc? Try changing your Tesla password to see if that stops the phantom drain.

If you aren’t running third party apps or sentry mode, expect a loss of 1% per week or less.

Try scrolling around the world the other way (west).

Is this a multi-tenant garage? Not sure why you’d have sentry mode on in your own garage. I only use it in situations here I think there is a reasonable possibility of the car getting damaged - tight parking lots, sketchy places in a city, etc. It isn’t a viable option for long-term parking...

It is not. The "feeders" are the main conductors (wires) feeding the stalls. Not sure what of fixing needs to be done but I highly doubt it'll be software.

Correct. An important distinction.

The concrete pad itself supports the transformer. The metal tray around the pad is HAZMAT containment in the event the transformer ever leaks oil. I’ve never seen this type of containment used for a utility transformer, and I’ve never seen a transformer leak oil. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
