Yes walked around on curb to unplug. It wasn’t raining when I parked so was able to back in normal. Only summoned out of the spot after unplugging :)

The spot next to charging cabinets on the long row of chargers was quite flooded during the rain today. Had my first legitimate use for summon so I wouldn’t have to walk in couple inch deep puddle. Hopefully they open the drainage a bit more.

Just make sure you don’t Supercharge during heavy rain storms. This is very close to where there was heavy flooding in in early 2017 rains.

Had reputable dealer in San Diego install PhotoSync on my MS and it was done perfectly the first time with no bubbles and perfect clarity. Only did side windows and rear window though. Sounds like you had a bad installer.
