This is very, very disappointing. I don't know enough about the internal machinations of the individual MA State gov agencies but if they were serious about their targets this is the wrong direction. These programs are all starters to light a fuse but this one seems to have been clipped before...

I inquired about this last month at the Tesla store in Boston and they told me that I would not be able to transfer my existing Model 3 deposit over to a reservation for the Y. Seems silly but that's what I was told. ...might be best to grab my Model 3 deposit and invest it in a few $TSLA...
