For anyone following this issue, 2018.26 resolved the problem for me.

I haven’t had the issue since 2018.26, hopeful it was a software fix.

Earlier this week it hit 109 in my car while I was driving before the A/C came back online. Also, I should point out this almost always happens in the first 5 min of a drive after pre-cooling the car. It is not the same as when the car diverts A/C to cool the battery on long trip.

Just installed .26, we’ll see if it’s fixed.

No, range mode is off. To address one of the comments above, this isn’t the same loss of A/C cooling capacity associated with cooling the battery. This issue is a conplete loss of all cabin cooling for approx 3 min.

I have the exact same issue on my Sep 2017 S75D, Tesla downloaded the logs and told me it was a known issues. They have a new part (sorry no more details) that fixes the cutouts but it’s backordered.

Not a dash cam, but I had Earmark in Lewisville do my ALP + dual Netradar DSP install and they did a great job.

Anyone notice the rear ultrasonics seem to be doing a really good job of displaying overtaking cars when they are in your blind spot? Previously it seemed very hit or miss, but on 2018.16 it seems close to the reliability of a car with dedicated blind spot radar. It's very difficult to quantify...

Seconded, I’ve used them on a previous car with great results. They do a lot of work for local dealerships.

I commute 15 miles each way all city streets. It's genuinely a life-changing feature, I will pay the extra $4k for FSD the second the first feature is availbile.

Tesla mobile service pushed the latest firmware to my car today as part of other work being done. I just finished the update and it is 2018.4.7.

I installed mine today. Tesla customer service was nice enough to update the app and MCU graphics for me after sending them a picture to prove I had the wheels :D

I use washwax all, I’ve been really happy with the ease of use and results. Plus, you can keep some in your frunk for getting rid of bug splatters while supercharging.

I never got anything other then an update failed message. I contacted support today and they re-pushed the update which failed again, so I've got a service center appointment to check it out.

I did, the car and app push notification reported that the update failed. Both car and app show 50.2 and everything appears to work as expected including the santa Easter egg.

I also have this issue on my Sept 17 Model S. I was going to bring it up to my service department when I took it in, I'm glad to hear its not just some random problem with my car.

My Sept 2017 75D's tow hook fits in the charger bag. It's not a great fit but I was able to get it zipped back up (without the charger in the bag).

I have the Next Fit Zip (trust me, get the Zip version for the eventual diaper blowout!) rear facing behind the passenger seat. It does limit the ability of the passenger to move the seat all the way back but I’ve only had issues with fairly tall passengers.

Same, my V1 and TollTag work through the windshield without any issues.

I’m on 42.1, no issues with auto lane change for me.

I got the message today after some freeway driving (Model S 75D AP 2.5). It cleared after the car was parked for a few hours. On a more positive note, auto pilot on 2017.42 performed better then I’ve ever seen it. It was able to navigate winding side streets that used to cause disengagements.

I did mine through the driver's side, I'll report back if I have any issues.

No, mine is out of state. I ended up driving to the gallery and working with my OA who was very helpful and got my delivery scheduled and got everything setup. Still nothing from DS.

I’m not sure if I should feel better or worse reading about everyone else’s poor experiences. My estimated delivery is Sept 3rd - 10th, I’m still waiting on my trade-in estimate, mvpa, wire transfer info, and delivery appointment. No response to VMs, cell phone calls, or emails for my DS.

My MS75D was confirmed July 28th and finished production Aug 29th. Some time during production the option code changed from APH2 to APH3. I purchased EAP but not FSD.

My car just finished production, it was listed as APH2 before, after production it's listed as APH3. I wouldn't worry.

Glad to hear the positive feedback in this thread. I have a 75D on order with the cloth seats, and I'm having a similar reaction to jimmyz and rgalmeida. My number one concern is that the non-ventilated leather seats will be too hot in Texas, but I also don't want my nice new car to look cheap...
