Autopilot update option not available to existing owners.

I never got the autopilot trial option last month. Now the update option is gone from my Tesla account. Contacted the customer service, they will get back to me after 3 days.

So cold, that frost crept inside headlights

Car is only 3 weeks old and 1 week into bitterly cold weather with a drive through a snow storm. Cold won tesla loses pair of headlights.
