Looks like MG&E (Madison Gas & Electric) is installing a transformer. So it looks like the exposed lines on the opposite side of the chargers were for the transformer, not for future expansion. darn...

Looks Like it should be ready to go any day. Not sure if they plan on paving the section, and/or painting new lines. They were sweeping up the lot and MG&E (Madison Gas & Electric) was on site. There were some exposed lines on the opposite side of the chargers. I'm going to guess that is for...

Fence up and woodchips going in. Hole filled in where the line was connected to main.(sorry for the bad photos this time)
