Was there any sign of a new meter / enclosure? I've seen that the locations in Muskegon and Big Rapids have opened so I was hopeful that Auburn Hills would follow suit, and soon. Given the fact that the meter enclosure has been removed, I suspect the delay is more on the DTE side of things...
