    Model X door lock question

You can create a new driver profile (for example HOME) where the settings are OFF on walk away lock. You can always select this profile when you get home. Hope this helps.

Does your Model X do this?

Thanks for the response. It seems like the problem is random and there is no way for us to know if only a few of us are affected. Have you discussed this problem with your SC? I'm curious if they have any better explanation other than "it's a known problem but there's no fix yet because only a...

Does your Model X do this?

Based on the responses so far, it looks like the Drive-away locking feature problem on the Model X only affects the 75D and/or Model X's that were made in 2016 like mine. Anyone else who has a 2016 Model X 75D experience the same problem where the icon remains unlocked even after driving away?

Does your Model X do this?

Drive-away Locking on Model X issue / bug

I wanted to know if anyone is having the same problem I have with the Model X not locking automatically after dropping off a passenger. The manual states : Drive-away Locking Model X automatically locks all doors (including the trunks) whenever your driving speed exceeds 5 mph (8 km/h). This...

    AutoLock Doors When Driving

The problem I have is that when I drop off my son to school, I have my foot on the break with the car still on drive. He opens and closes the door and then I drive off, the autolock feature does not work even after driving over 10mph. I have driven Model S loaner cars and have proven that the...
