Calabasas has Urban-type chargers on site. Someone ripped open one of the boxes. Look here. I've seen it also to confirm. Supercharger - Calabasas (permit and location found, Tesla equipment crates onsite!)

Does “Urban Style” refer to the charger? I don’t recognize the chargers. They’re different than the norm. Can anyone explain why?

To @madsigh 's point, I was there today at 11:30am and can verify that the Edison folks said they will be done on 3/18. Edison said they installed enough power to run a large hotel! I let them know that our beloved cars are quite thirsty.

Anyone know why the location of the Thousand Oaks SC is on teslas site is not accurate. Its being built in Westlake. Will Tesla also be building one 2 miles north in Thousand Oaks at the mall?

Taken yesterday. The construction company had no idea when it will be done and open. Upon completion, Edison has to come sign off on it which I was told could take weeks.
