Totally agree that their website is not helpful. They did tell me that they prefer to discuss status over the phone. If so, they should pick up the phone more often :mad:

I also received 22nd from my DS in Springfield a week ago. I ordered at the end of October so hoping the date is still good. Agree that Tesla is not very good with updates. :(
