After 8 months and 10 EDD changes, finally have a VIN this morning! And it's actually in the original EDD range.

+1 on changing to cash, local Tesla shop told me the same thing, and according to them it can be easily changed back to loan once VIN is assigned. I have changed mine to cash to complete my profile but still applied for loan via DCU March 9 which is good for 45 days, took a gamble applying...

Just had EDD change for the 7th time since my August 6 order date. Is there any significance in getting a wider range of dates for delivery? I've had the range go to 10-11 days a few times (which I thought was a good sign from posts in this forum) but I've never seen a 42 day range. Date...

I did apply over the phone yesterday and got approval quickly, good for 45 days. You could wait for VIN assignment, but risk a higher rate.

EDD change again today. Narrowed to 10 days, went from 4/3/22-5/1/22 to 3/21/22-3/31/22.

I had a similar change overnight with EDD from 3/20 - 3/31 pushed to 4/3 - 5/1. My last EDD change took me from a 28 day window to an 11 day window, which I thought was encouraging, but now I'm back to a 28 day window.

Similar thing happened to me. Since October my EDD had been sitting at 2/23/22 - 3/23/22, but sometime in the past 12 hours it was changed to 3/20/22 to 3/31/22. Tighter range of dates than I had, but the end date is further out. MSLR Red/Black/21"/No FSD/Ordered 8/6/21/(RN11544).

After weeks of no EDD, seeing a new one of Jan 29- Feb 26. Original EDD was March-April 2022. MSLR Red/Black/21"/FSD/Ordered 8/6/21/(RN1154)

240 with a little over 22K miles. Estimated mfg date was July/Aug 17 (I did not order custom, but purchased an available new S with about 350 miles on it).
