    Update -- if I turn on "Off Road" mode, the problem goes away.... which makes me think that it's the traction control system that is causing the crazy pulsating brakes. I have a SC appt Friday.

    Problems with supercharger

    Tesla sent a field tech to fix my port. The tech didn't replace it, but sanded it a bit. I'm happy that they reached out to me and had someone out the following day. I detailed the fix (with photos) here -- Tesla’s short-term fix for late 2017 charge port issues

    Be super careful with the WD40. I put it on a qtip and rubbed it on the 3 edges of the Y-shaped plastic guide. Mine still requires a lot of muscle to get it to turn green but at least it works for now.

    I think you also want to lubricate the outer edges of the Y shaped plastic guide in the center of the port. A Tesla customer rep told me that it is the problem, not the outer edges. I'm curious if anyone else has tried this?
